Next, we head to Ifrane, a lovely city famous for its Alpine-inspired architecture and nearby natural wonders. Next, we visit the beautiful Cedars Forest, a safeguarded natural space abundant with magnificent cedar trees. Enjoy a calm stroll in the woods while interacting with monkeys.
We arrive in Midelt for lunch, after which we proceed on our journey to the magnificent Ziz Valley, famed for its vibrant palm groves and beautiful vistas. You can capture some incredible pictures there.
In the afternoon, we reach the Sahara Desert. We mount camels and proceed across the dunes of the Sahara Desert, taking in the stunning sunset. We also explore the nearby village of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music and dance. You can discover the history and customs of the Gnawa community and appreciate their vibrant shows.
Following lunch, we take a trip to a palm grove. Afterward, we make our way to the untamed lake of Merzouga. Evening meal and a night at a hotel.
In the early morning, getting up is essential to appreciate the stunning sunrise and breathtaking views of the Sahara Desert. After we finish breakfast, we ride camels back to Merzouga. Following your camel trek, we will travel to Rissani, a historic city renowned for its rich history and culture. We tour the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the founder of the Alawi dynasty, and discover the ancient souk.
From Rissani, we travel to Erfoud, famous for its fossil and mineral shops, stopping by a few of these stores to allow you to explore the distinctive fossils and minerals available for purchase. We subsequently travel to Todra Gorges, a natural marvel, renowned for its towering canyon cliffs and the pristine river that runs through it. You can stroll by the river, scale the canyon cliffs, or just appreciate the stunning scenery.
Lastly, we head to Boulmane Dades, a quaint town located in the Dades Valley, encircled by stunning scenery. Dinner and a night’s stay at a hotel.
Following our breakfast, we explore Kasbah Amridil, a meticulously maintained fortified village that provides insight into the traditional Berber way of life. We also travel through the beautiful Rose Valley, renowned for its rose fields that blossom in the spring and summer.
Then, we proceed on our trip to the Dades Valley, a picturesque gorge known for its striking rock formations, verdant palm groves, and Berber villages located on the slopes. Next, we travel to Skoura, a renowned location celebrated for its palm groves and kasbahs, particularly the famous Kasbah Amridil.
Afterward, we visit the Atlas Film Studios, which is among the biggest film studios globally. Numerous well-known films, including Lawrence of Arabia and The Mummy, were shot in that location. Evening meal and overnight accommodation in Ouarzazate.
